• Types of messages: quote follow-ups, order confirmations, delivery and shipping updates, and customer-support replies. We do not send marketing messages unless you separately agree to receive them.
• How to opt in: check the SMS consent box on our website quote form, or give us verbal or written consent when requesting a quote or placing an order. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. SMS consent is not shared with third parties.

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. Pricing, delivery, and payment terms are set out in each quote, purchase order, or government contract, which control if they conflict with these terms.

04Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZAR Supply Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our text messaging program.
